Call for Papers

The XXXVIII Brazilian Symposium on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (SBrT 2020) will be held from September 13 to 16 November 22 to 25, 2020, at the Oceania Park Hotel & Convention Center, at Ingleses Beach, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The event is promoted annually by the Brazilian Telecommunications Society (SBrT) and is widely recognized as the most important national forum that brings together professionals in the sector. We invite authors to submit original contributions covering one or more of the following topics, but not necessarily limited to these:

Papers can be submitted in Portuguese or English, in PDF format, in the following categories: full papers or undergraduate papers. Full papers will be presented in an oral section and should not exceed 5 pages. Undergraduate papers will be presented in a poster section and should not exceed 2 pages. Proposals for 3-hour mini-courses will be welcomed on September 13 November 22, 2020.

Authors are also invited to submit short course proposals directly to the Technical Coordination (sbrt2020-tpc@sbrt.org.br). The mini-course proposals must contain sufficient information to allow the Technical Committee to judge the importance, quality and interest of the topic, as well as the proven experience of the proponents in the topic. Mini-courses should last 3 hours. Proposals must be sent in the same format as the articles. Authors of approved short courses must submit, in the final version of accepted papers, a text in the format of a book chapter.
