Important! In modalities with SBrT affiliation, it will be necessary to settle the 2023 annuity with the Society.

To guarantee the publication of the article in the annals of SBrT 2023, with its respective DOI, it is necessary to present the article in person in its respective session.

Notes on values:

The professional registration guarantees the publication of up to two (2) articles (complete or scientific initiation (IC)).

For publication of complete articles, it will be necessary that at least one of the authors is registered in one of the modalities of Professionals.

Undergraduate student registration guarantees the publication of one (1) IC article. Only undergraduate students can enroll in this modality. This registration will only entitle the publication of an IC article in the symposium proceedings.

Enrollment as a Postgraduate student does not guarantee the publication of CI or full articles.

Mini-course instructors – exempt*.

* Each mini-course is associated with the exemption of one registration.

In addition to participation in the technical and plenary sessions, registration in any of the categories includes:

• Enrollment in 2 short courses offered at SBrT 2023.
• Welcome cocktail to SBrT 2023 on 10/08/2023.
• Participation in a Cultural Event on 10/09/2023.
• Personalized gift from SBrT 2023.
• 7 (Seven) Coffee-breaks during SBrT 2023.
• 4 (Four) Lunches during SBrT 2023.

Additionally, there will be a commemorative Banquet on 10/10/2023, whose participation is included for the Professional and Graduate Student categories. Participation in the commemorative banquet will be limited to the first 280 participants registered in these modalities.

The publication of 1 (one) additional article costs R$500.00, provided that the author is already enrolled in one of the Professional modalities.

It will also be possible to purchase extra invitations for guests for the following events:

• Welcome cocktail to SBrT 2023: R$150.00.
• Commemorative Banquet: R$200.00.

Entries with payment via Engagement can only be carried out by public institutions.

It is necessary to fill in the individual registration form in the system, selecting the option payment via pledge.

A copy of the commitment note must be sent through our registration system. The registration will be effective only after sending this document.

Refund Policy and Term:

Until 08/31/2023 – 50% refund of the paid registration fee.

After this date, there will be NO refunds. Reimbursement requests must be made in writing, containing the appropriate bank information and sent via email to sbrt2023-reg@sbrt.org.br.

Refunds will only be made after the event has taken place.

Therefore, even if registration is paid, it will only be effective if the participant is in good standing with the Sociedade Brasileira de Telecomunicações.
